Confidentiality & control
- No DPA needed for search: Because content never leaves your network, Lookeen GmbH does not process data on your behalf for it. Data protection & GDPR
- Index inside your network: Lookeen Server is installed on-premises. The search index lives on your own drives, and Lookeen GmbH has no access to it.
- Permissions carry over: Results are filtered by the rights in Active Directory, the file system and Exchange. Nobody finds more through Lookeen than they could already open.
