Frequently asked questions
Which Lookeen does the app work with?
With Lookeen Server and Lookeen Desktop in a future version. With Lookeen Server you search the whole company index, with Lookeen Desktop the data of your workplace. The app works as long as your Lookeen is running and online – with Lookeen Desktop, as long as your work computer is switched on.
Do I need a Microsoft sign-in?
No. Pairing by QR code is the sign-in; after that the app connects automatically.
What if I lose my phone?
Unlink the phone in Lookeen at your desk, or have your IT do it. After that it can’t retrieve any data.
