Does Lookeen Desktop work too?
Yes, on persistent desktops. Put the index on persistent storage and distribute settings via Group Policy. For many sessions, Lookeen Server is more efficient.
How many users can one server handle?
That depends on data volume and usage. As a starting point we recommend 4 cores, 16 GB RAM and an SSD with about 60 GB per million documents. We’re happy to help size it.
